REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

We here at Lollipops & Lizards Children's Boutique want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it may be returned within 30 days for a complete refund or exchange, less the shipping costs.
*All returns must be in original packaging, with all tags in place. Any items returned in less than perfect condition will be sent back at the customer's expense.*

...Returning Your Item
Once we receive your package, we will refund your credit card or account. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately 7 business days to reflect this transaction.

...How to Return Your Item
Please contact us before returning any merchandise at info@lollipopsandlizards.com ( please place REFUND in your subject line, you will be e-mailed our return address along with a return code ) . Insure your package for the full value of the merchandise and return it using the delivery service of your choice. Shipping is not refundable.

...Exchanging Your Item
Please e-mail Customer Service, info@lollipopsandlizards.com ( please place EXCHANGE in subject line ) to arrange for an exchange. Once we receive your item for exchange, we will send your new order by Canada Post. You will receive an e-mail containing the shipment tracking number when your new order is shipped.

SALES TAX 

Lollipops & Lizards Children's Boutique has to charge Ontario Residents  8% Provincial Sales Tax (PST) on items that are not exempt. All Canadian Residents are subject to pay 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST).

U.S. Orders – No GST or PST will be charged on items that are shipped outside of Canada. The Purchaser is responsible for any duty or custom charges that are applied to orders.

SHIPPING

 We ship via Canada Post.  If you prefer a different shipping option, please contact us with your request and we'll try and accommodate you.

If you are in need of priority shipping, please contact us and we can arrange for express shipping. If you live with in the Durham area you can arrange to by pass shipping and arrange for a pick up or drop off at your earliest convenience. Please use * FREE SHIP * at check out and e-mail info@lollipopsandlizards.com to arrange a time/date. We ship anywhere within Canada and the US. Please note some of our products can not be shipped to our US customers.

Items are shipped from Toronto by Canada Post and due to arrive within 2 to 10 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. It is important to us that your receive your order as quickly and inexpensively as possible.
